I love my job. I am the Training Manager at The Everett Clinic. I think the best part of my job is training new employees on our software and see the "Lights" come on. Retraining existing employees keeps my department in the loop at the clinic too. We have over 200 physicians at 7...Expand for more
locations and are a multi-specialty clinic.
This allows the Training Department the opportunity to learn and teach MANY new programs at the clinic.
I have seen a few people from school and have actually trained a few new employees that have come to the clinic that I graduated with.
